Analysis and solution of transport in Námestovo

The master's thesis focuses on the analysis and solution of selected modes of transportation in the town of Námestovo in the Žilina region. The thesis includes an analysis of transport modes, especially road transport, parking, cycling, and pedestrian transport, proposing their optimization to enhance safety, smoothness, or comfort for the town's residents. The first part describes the current state of road, static, cycling, railway, and public transportation. The second part focuses on road transport, evaluated in terms of traffic safety and compliance with legislative requirements, along with proposed solutions. It further addresses static traffic, where the town was divided into functional zones based on usage, identifying shortcomings in selected areas and proposing solutions. The final section of the thesis tackles pedestrian and cycling traffic, outlining shortcomings and potential solutions.

This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis and solution of selected transport modes of the town of Šlapanice in the South Moravian Region. This work contains an analysis of transport modes, especially for road transport, parking and cycling and proposes their optimization to increase safety, fluidity or comfort for residents. The first part describes the current state of road, rail, public and bicycle transport. In the second part, the work focuses on road transport, evaluated in terms of traffic safety and compliance with legislative requirements with a proposed solution. Furthermore this work solve parking, when the town of Šlapanice was divided into functional zones according to use and shortcomings were found in selected localities with stating the proposed solution. In the last part, the cycle routes are solved, their shortcomings are found and solutions are given.

Attitudes of Policy Actors to the Question of active Fatherhood in the Czech Republic

Bachelor thesis deals with the topic of active fatherhood in the Czech Republic. The purpose of this paper is to describe attitudes of family policy actors and discuss possibilities to further support the concept of active fatherhood in the Czech Republic. At first, it identifies key family policy actors, whose attitudes are necessary to be observed. These attitudes are then identified using primary (expert interviews) and secondary data. The paper comes to a conclusion that even though notable actors problematize lack of involvement of fathers to the child care, we are presently in the phase of problem identification on the level of state subjects, such as Ministry of Work and Social Affairs and active fatherhood is currently supported especially by civic associations. Some degree of communication is ongoing only within The Government Council for Equal Opportunities for Women and Men. The reason why active fatherhood is not supported more is that a grand coalition of actors which would support active fatherhood through its shared beliefs has not been formed yet. It can be expected that civic associations will further support active fatherhood with their own projects. Financial support in forestry

The objective of this thesis is to analyze the management of the selected company in forestry, determine the current state of drawing subsidies, overview possibility of drawing such aid in forest management in the Czech Republic and specifically in the county where the business is located. Then, based on the collected information to propose possible optimization solutions. In the first part of this work are expertly explains the basic concepts related to the topic. The second part contains the own work and proposal of solution. Economic evaluation was achieved through analysis of annual financial reports and cost calculation. Comparative period in this case, the years 2007 to 2012. Sources of financial support were divided on the resources of the European Union and national sources and described. The conclusion includes a proposal of measures for stability and business continuity.
